Conference venue

The conference will be hosted in Hotel Pueblo Camino Real, at Los Álamos, Torremolinos (Málaga), right at the beach front. Los Álamos is 9 km from Málaga city center and 2 km from Málaga International Airport. See www.beachhoteltorremolinos.com for details.

Registration fee

Registration fee is 350 € per person before May 15 (or 400 € for late registration), and includes the excursion day trip to Granada (including visit to Alhambra palaces), the conference dinner and a hard copy of the First Robotic Autonomous Observatory Workshop 2009 Proceedings.

Registration fee should be paid preferably by wire transfer *before May 15* (20 days before the conference opening). Otherwise it should be paid in cash during the registration days (sunday 5 or monday 6). Banking details for the fee payment are the following ones:

Grid and Internet access

Standard European plugs with AC 50Hz 220V will be provided.

Wifi Internet access will be available for the registered participants during workshop at one main room at the Hotel (which will be prepared for it), about 200m from the Conference room, but neither at the Conference room itself nor at the hotel rooms, studios or apartments.

Weather

Expect pleasant early summer temperatures, with highs about 23 ° C (73 ° F) and lows about 13 ° C (56 ° F). A very nice swimming pool will be available and it will be even possible to swim at sea, few tens of meter away. For weather statistics, please check Weather Underground.

Local attractions, social events

We will organise tour around city monuments. We plan to hold conference dinner at some fine restaurant, as well as some social activities at local venues. Interested participants can also arrange at the Hotel one-day trip to Granada, Córdoba, Sevilla.

One-day excursions to other Andalusian towns

One-day excursions can be arranged at the registration Desk upon request. Buses are leaving from Avenida de la Riviera, 50m from the Hotel Camino Real main entrance and the given dates and returning the same day.
